Influencing Skills Training: This 1 day Influencing Skills Training workshop will give you the skills to influence in any setting. It could be from the front of the room, across the table or over the phone. Using the Me-You-Message model of influence you will understand how to:
- Position yourself as a leader that should be listened to
- How to manage your energy so people buy you
- How to read your audience
- How to understand what is happening in their world
- Understand what theat means to them
- How to tap into their desires
- How to find and use corporate stories to use when influencing
- Include data, facts and case studies that influence
- How to understand what to dat
- how to structure your message for maximum impact
At the end of the training, each person will have the opportunity to influence to the room. They will deliver a presentation designed to influence the audience. The audience will then give feedback as to how influential the speaker was.
This program will give you the skills and test your ability to use them. This influencing course is not for the feint hearted. Every person will be expected to apply these skills during the day. These skills will work across the desk, on the phone or across the room.
