1. All electronic delivery products will be e-mailed straight away. For membership programs, e-mails will be sent in accordance with membership programs as outlined at point of sale.

2. Hard-copy products will be posted within 2 business days of order. Please allow up to 2 week for delivery depending on your location relative to Adelaide, Australia.
