Neither Julia Gillard nor Tony Abbot have a vision for Australia. The effect of this is evident in the climate-change debate. In 2008 everyone wanted Kevin Rudd to take action on the greatest moral dilemma of our time. He had a vision for us to follow.
Now with neither Gillard nor Abbott having a vision for Australia, no-one cares about the climate change debate and what it will mean for us and our future.
When you have a vision for your business and organisation your staff can follow you. If you you don’t have one they wont.
